Counts Zecca Negroamaro Cantalupi

CANTALUPI Negroamaro PGI Salento it's a Red wine produced by Conti Zecca di Leverano winery (Lecce_Puglia). Produced with Negroamaro and Malvasia nera di Lecce grapes cultivated with spurred cordon in vineyards on alluvial soils, medium texture with limestone areas, in territory of Salice Salentino (Lecce). The grapes undergo destemming and soft pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Maceration for 10 days at the temperature of 25- 28°C. Finally, maturation in cement tanks coated with food epoxy resins.
