Double Erre Di stands for Delayed Degorgement Recently Disgorged, in the sense that degorgement (or the final phase of the production of the Franciacorta method) after long months of aging it is deliberately delayed and the bottles are delivered recently disgorged (as indicated on the label) to ensure maximum freshness. Produced using only the first flower of the pressing, a part of the base wine ferments in barrique. The base wine is refined for at least 30 months in contact with the yeasts.

Sublime, balanced and soft. It is a radiant wine with a great olfactory richness that awakens emotions and gives an irresistible experience.
