In the Loire valley the river separates the two famous AOC denominations of Sauvignon Blanc: Pouilly Fumé on the right, Sancerre on the left. The land, different in composition and type of sediment, they give rise to wines with different characteristics for structure and longevity, but united by the unmistakable notes of minerality and flavor.
Sancerre is an ancient wine, already present in Roman sources, that Baron de Laducette, owner of magnificent vineyards in this area, it produces through a particularly slow and low temperature vinification process, to preserve all floral notes to the maximum.
Baron de Ladoucette's Sancerre Blanc Comte Lafond will spread its elegance, freshness and lightness on a refined table, enhancing a menu based on shellfish, White meat, delicate cheeses.
