The vineyards of origin insist on gravelly hilly soils of calcareous-clayey matrix, located at an altitude between 350 e i 450 meters above sea level. The maceration on the skins took place at a controlled temperature of 26 ° C. The alcoholic and malolactic fermentation processes and the maturation took place in French barriques, in large oak barrels and a small part in stainless steel vats.
